It is common for tracking statuses to remain unchanged for several days while a shipment is on a long-haul ocean voyage or undergoing customs inspection.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.
Not sure what your current status means? Here is a quick guide to the terms you’ll see during the transit process:
Shipment Booked: We have received your order and the carrier has been scheduled for pickup.
Received at Origin: Your cargo has arrived at our origin warehouse/hub and is being prepared for loading.
In Transit (Ocean/Air): Your shipment is currently moving via sea or air toward the destination port/airport.
Customs Clearance: Your goods are currently being processed by customs authorities. (This is a standard step for all international freight).
Arrived at Destination: The cargo has reached the destination port or local distribution center.
Out for Delivery: The final-mile carrier has loaded your shipment for delivery to the recipient’s door.
Delivered: Success! The shipment has reached its destination and a proof of delivery (POD) is available.
Exception / Delay: An unexpected event (weather, customs hold, etc.) has occurred. Click “Details” for more info.
Your tracking number (or reference number) can be found in several places:
Confirmation Email: Sent to you immediately after your booking was confirmed.
Shipping Documents: Located at the top-right corner of your Bill of Lading (BOL) or Air Waybill.
Your Account: If you are a registered partner, log in to your dashboard to see all active shipments.
